These terms outline how our Dharana Mentorship and Spiritual Counseling program works. By booking a session or package, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, feel free to reach out before your first session - we’re happy to help.
Dharana Mentorship & Spiritual Counseling is intended to support personal and spiritual development. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service and does not replace professional healthcare or mental health treatment.
You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions during and between sessions. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Sessions are held either in person (by agreement) or online via Zoom, FaceTime, or Signal. Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
Scheduling is arranged together and sessions may be booked individually or step by step. Between sessions, you may contact us regarding scheduling, clarification, or brief follow-up.
Session fees are based on the current rates listed on our website and will always be confirmed with you in advance. Payment is required before each session or as otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, Wise, Stripe (card payments), or cash where applicable. If payment has not been received, sessions may be postponed until settled.
Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed sessions without notice, are generally considered used and non-refundable.
Session packages are valid for 100 days from purchase. Refunds are only available before the first session and may be subject to a processing fee.
You are free to stop the coaching at any time. In rare cases, we may also end the coaching early if continuing is no longer appropriate or possible.
If this happens, reasonable notice will be given and any unused sessions will be handled fairly.
Everything shared during coaching is treated as confidential. Information will not be shared without your permission unless required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
We take reasonable steps to protect your privacy, though no digital communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This work is collaborative. We offer guidance, perspective, and support, but results depend on your own engagement and application.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Coaching is an unregulated field and no formal licensing is claimed. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the current version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of the coaching implies acceptance of the current version of these terms.
These coaching terms and any related services are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
