Coaching Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how our Dharana Mentorship and Spiritual Counseling program works and what applies when you book a session or package. By booking a session or package, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, feel free to contact us before your first session. We’re happy to help.

1 The Coaching
Dharana Mentorship & Spiritual Counseling is intended to support personal and spiritual development. It is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare service, and we do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.
This work may complement other forms of support, but it is not a substitute for professional healthcare. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions during and between sessions.
By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2 Sessions
Session Format
Sessions are held:
in person (by agreement), or
online (Zoom, FaceTime, Signal)
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, unless agreed otherwise. Scheduling is arranged together. Sessions may be booked in advance or arranged individually as the coaching progresses.
Between Sessions
Between sessions, you may contact us for:
scheduling
clarification
brief follow-up
Additional coaching outside sessions may be offered, but only with your clear agreement.
3 Payment
Session Fees
Session fees are based on the current rates listed on our website and will always be confirmed with you in advance. Payment is required:
before each session, or
as otherwise agreed, for example when purchasing a package
Payment Methods
Accepted methods may include:
bank transfer
Wise
Stripe (card payments)
cash (where applicable)
If payment has not been received, we may postpone the session until it is settled.
4 Changes & Cancellation
We aim to keep changes and cancellations simple and fair:
More Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show
The session is considered used and is non-refundable.
Packages
Packages are valid for 100 days from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions expire after this period.
Refunds
Package refunds are available only before the first session and are subject to a 20% processing fee.
Once the first session has taken place, the package is non-refundable.
5 Ending the Coaching
You are free to stop the coaching at any time. If you choose to stop after coaching has begun, the refund conditions in Section 4 apply.
In rare cases, we may also end the coaching early, for example due to illness, scheduling difficulties, or if continuing the coaching is no longer appropriate. In that case, we will give reasonable notice where possible and refund any unused prepaid sessions.
6 Confidentiality & Privacy
Information you share with us in connection with the coaching is treated as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties without your permission, except where required by law or where we reasonably believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person.
We take reasonable steps to protect your privacy, including the use of secure communication tools. However, no digital communication is completely risk-free. For information about how we collect, store, and process personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
7 Responsibility
This work is collaborative. We offer guidance, perspective, and support, but results depend on your own engagement and application. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
8 General
We may update these Coaching Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page and will apply from the date of publication. Changes will not affect terms already agreed for previously purchased sessions or packages unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.
9 Governing Law
These Coaching Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided under them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
