Become Aware of What is Now
Above your Thoughts and Daydreams You Can See Clearly
Presence is Life
Living within the Matrix…
…of thought, we are mostly unaware of life as it happens. The body is here, but the mind is elsewhere. It may be trapped in fictional future scenarios fueled by hope and fear, or it may linger in empty memories of things long gone. Barely aware enough so we don’t bump into things, we are sleep-walking through most of our life. With substantial amounts of energy consumed by mindless rumination and internal conflict, modern adults often find it hard to feel alive, fresh, happy, joyful and energized. One of the main reasons why we feel exhausted, anxious, depressed, worried, angry and isolated is because we’re out of touch with life!
In this retreat you will learn how to reconnect to the very source of energy that has been carrying you all along. It is in presence that we recharge, find new creativity and strength. Presence is where we heal and restore balance, where body and mind align and function at their best. This retreat is an exploration of reality and an introduction to the liberating quality of truth. In its simplicity it is grounding and gives you access to new levels of freedom and relaxation. We will show you how to integrate this amazing practice into your everyday life and dive into the source of all goodness whenever you want.
