17:00 – 18:30 | (GMT+7) Bangkok
Price: 500 THB (16 USD)
Imagine you could truly leave your past behind and move on without carrying the heavy burden of resentment, guilt and animosity. Those who cannot forgive will tend to repeat negative and harmful patterns in their thoughts, emotions and actions. Forgiveness gives you the opportunity to learn and evolve. It helps you to lead a beneficial life instead of remaining trapped in the dungeon of your past.
Have you ever wondered, what it really means to forgive yourself or someone else? What kind of action does this word point to? When friends tell you: “You need to forgive yourself” – what do they want you to do exactly? Are you supposed to forget all the negative feelings you have about your past? Do they want you to forget or ignore what has taken place? And what is supposed to happen once you have successfully forgiven yourself?
In this class we cover the exact meaning and the mechanics of forgiveness. We will show you what’s behind the word and how you can access this powerful process easily. Learn a simple three step formula that covers all aspects of forgiving yourself and others. After this class you will be able to put this powerful process into action and grow at a much faster rate.
What to Bring
It’s a good idea to bring something to take notes with. While we will provide you with a document to follow along, it might be good for you to get the chance to take notes of points that are important to you.
