This week we will have a look at difficult situations and how to deal with them. What to do when the mind worries day and night? What to do when there's no way out? Many friends find themselves stuck at some point in their life. Tragedy strikes, friends leave, we loose jobs or have to endure a financial breakdown. Sometimes we are held back by ill health or have to keep up with other obstacles and challenges. In short: Life is not always easygoing. Wouldn't it help immensely if we knew what to do mentally in these hard times? What is it that gets us through the tough times and how can we prepare for them? How To Deal With Worrying
Sometimes our mind will play through negative and terrifying scenarios and we get paralyzed by worrying, catastrophizing and fear. It is a fact that these states are not helpful when it comes to moving on and finding creative solutions. The function of worry and anxiety is to keep itself alive and give us an unhealthy direction in life. That's why I have decided to write this article in which I will discuss a few ways that will help you to deal with the dark side of hope.
