This week we will explore the two powers of consistency and intelligence. Knowing them and being able to use them well will help you to progress smoothly on the path of Meditation. Not knowing them will lead to dabbling, inconsistency and meager results at best.
Our Two Weekly Audio Teachings
Here we list our two recordings from last week’s classes. The classes are held every week at the Phuket Meditation Center and are for free. Everyone is welcome to join! You can find out more about the free sessions on this page: Free Meditation Classes. We hope to see you soon 🙂
EPISODE 169: Right Consistency
We all know that it’s important to be consistent when we want to reach our goals. But it is even more important to be consistent in the right approach. Finding the right approach and being consistent with it is key to success in our practice. The enemy of right consistency is dabbling on the other hand.
EPISODE 170: 3 Types of Intelligence
The three types of intelligence will help you to create good progress on the path. Knowing right from wrong, knowing how to practice and knowing in it’s purest form are all a type of intelligence. Knowing intellectually, Knowing Practically and Knowing as Such are the three types.

I find it fascinating how they support and influence one another. If you ever feel stuck in your meditation practice it might well be because the two qualities are not balanced properly.
