This week we are exploring some of the most important inner states. We are looking at awareness, consciousness and mindfulness. Intellectually understanding these experiences will help you with the practice. It makes it more accessible. Having said that, we have to learn to go beyond words and descriptions and practice well to directly realize what is described here.
Our Two Weekly Audio Teachings
Here we list our two recordings from last week’s classes. The classes are held every week at the Phuket Meditation Center and are for free. Everyone is welcome to join! You can find out more about the free sessions on this page: Free Meditation Classes. We hope to see you soon 🙂
EPISODE 175: Mindfulness
What is Mindfulness? It sure is a trendy concept that is becoming increasingly popular nowadays. But what is it really and how can we make use of Mindfulness in everyday life situations? What is the function of Mindfulness and how can it help us to lead a life that is more fulfilling and happy?
EPISODE 176: Awareness
Awareness is at the very root of our experiences. It’s always there but hardly ever recognized. When we practice Meditation we are actually working on recognizing this awareness as our innermost nature. Once awareness recognizes itself, the path of Meditation will change drastically.
