Every Tuesday and Thursday we have free meditation classes at the center in Phuket. Everybody is welcome to join the sessions. The public classes are a great for beginners to learn the principles of Buddhist mindfulness meditation and advance with their own practice. Whether you learn Muay Thai (Thai boxing), are here for healthy holidays and want to loose weight or suffer from anxiety and depression - these classes are really good to learn the skill of grounding and help you to find your inner center.

There will be no classes from Monday 18th April until May 1st 2016 and also from May 9th until July 3rd 2016. There are classes on 3rd May at 11am and 5th May at 7pm. For those who can't come - we are looking forward to see you all in July again and wish you nice holidays!
